What is AYM
It is a deep tissue oil massage, followed by assisted yoga, stretches, tractions and mobilisation.
All to promote awareness of the breath, bring balance back into your life, help you relax and feel better in your body.
It takes place on a futon on the floor. This, allows the therapist to use their own body weight and more parts of the body, such as arms, knees or feet to soften muscle tissues and relaxes the body.
Massaging with a combination of natural oils, essential oils and Calamus powder gives a pleasant exfoliation but mainly helps improve circulation and helps warm up the tissues, intensifying the benefits of the treatment.
